Refund policy

At AMnova Shop, we want you and your child to be happy with every purchase.

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Return requests must be sent to: admin@amnova.ai

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item

You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must show the package opening from the beginning without edits.

Within 24 hours of delivery, send:

  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of product
  • Order number

to: admin@amnova.ai

If the claim is verified, we will provide:

  • Replacement
    or
  • Refund

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used toys
  • Opened packaging
  • Hygiene products
  • Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered.

Customers may place a new order after completing the return process.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:
5–10 business days depending on bank processing time.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.

Once shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
